Illyria Info

Illyria is a land composed of two tribes. The true Illyrians and the Pannonians. Pannonia is the smaller state in blue while Illyria is in it's normal green. Illyria is the true controller of the lands, it controls over 80% of the land army and is inhabited by more people than Pannonia. Pannonia controls the piracy in Illyria and is mainly composed of Brigands, Bandits and Pirates. Both Tribes work well with one another.
Although Barbarians, the Illyrians are no savages. They run with a well worked Monarchy with Bardyis as it's current Chief.They excel in horsemanship and sailing, though are able to use the earth's elements to create iron and bronze weapons and armour. The warriors are more unorganised and can be a bit more fanatical than those of Greece or Italy, they still however are a disciplined fighting force.
The Pannonian Pirates control the waters around Italy and may create bloackades or Economic stress for those seeking trade in the area.

- Note that history is based on facts, but has been remixed by me (Pannonia became a state during Roman rule, Daor/Illyrian conflict did not exist.)
Illyria was settled many hundreds of years ago. Though not a true nation or event ribe, these few peoples from across Eastern Europe came to Illyria seeking it's easy fishing and living enviroments. These few people became a few tribes, which turned into the three major Tribes, the Illyrians, the Pannonians and the Daors. The Pannonians controlled the islands off the coast of Illyria, while the Illyrians shared the mainland with the Daors. Pannonia and the Illyrians were allied against the more savage Daors. Pannonia's main power was it's navy which was primitive at the time, but was still a huge advantage compared to the land frozen Illyrians and Daors. Illyria's army was composed of Light Horsemen and exceptional Skirmishers, while Daors' army was composed of barbaric infantry. Finally, the two forces had no choice but to fight as relations were so low that skirmishes were extremely common. In the heat of the battle, Illyria's Chief at the time Illyrius, killed the Daors' Warlord. Morale shattered, the Daors fled the battle only to be cut down by Pannonian ambushers. As the two nations were close, Illyrius gave Pannonia Daors' former territory and became very close allies, to this day. Years later, a Gargano subfaction, Leccia attack Illyria, taking much gold and marble, though many of the invading soldiers were killed, and their bodies were impaled upon stakes on the coastline of Illyria to warn invaders of Illyria's pride. Those bodies, though rotten are there to this day, battle worn armour still on.

Not much info aside from the starting gods and the fact that they were a collection of tribes. I've inputted that into my nation and also took some of the Roman province names (Pannonia) for other tribe names which I couldnt find. Though I just found one now called Daors.. But there isn't much info on them aside from that.
